Class Reservations

Class reservations are managed through Mindbody, our online booking platform. By creating an account or booking a class, you also agree to Mindbody’s applicable terms and policies. We recommend booking in advance, as class sizes are intentionally kept small and space is limited.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. Your class will be returned to your account as a credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class and no-shows will be charged the full class fee. This policy helps us accommodate clients on our waitlist and ensures fair access to our classes.

Class Packages & Memberships

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared unless otherwise stated. Expiration dates, renewal terms, and pricing are subject to the specific package or membership purchased.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Health & Safety

By participating in classes at The Exhale Studio, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity. You agree to participate at your own pace, listen to your body, and inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns before class. Participation is at your own risk.

Liability Waiver

Participation in classes is subject to The Exhale Studio’s Liability Waiver. Clients will be required to complete and sign a waiver before attending their first class.

Studio Etiquette

To help create a welcoming experience for everyone, we ask that clients: Arrive 10–15 minutes before class. Silence mobile devices before class. Treat instructors, staff, and fellow clients with kindness and respect. Follow instructor guidance throughout class. The Exhale Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of The Exhale Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use of this website may result in termination of access and may violate applicable laws.
