Meet Our Yoga Therapist

Adriana Leone, RYT 500 C-IAYT Candidate, MS

Adriana Leone is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and C-IAYT Candidate who completed the 1,000 hour Comprehensive Yoga Therapy Program through YogaLife Institute under the guidance of Dr. Bob Butera, graduating in August 2026.

Before beginning her journey in yoga, Adriana spent more than a decade building a successful career in corporate America. When she stepped away to care for her family, she found herself in a season of transition she hadn’t anticipated. Much of her identity had become intertwined with her career, and without that role, she felt disconnected from herself and uncertain about what came next.

Yoga entered her life during that season and became far more than a physical practice. It became an invitation to slow down, let go of expectations, and reconnect with the person she had always been beneath the roles, responsibilities, and achievements. That experience continues to shape both her life and the way she works with others.

Today, Adriana is passionate about supporting people who are navigating life’s transitions. Many of her clients are executives, professionals, caregivers, and individuals approaching or adjusting to retirement. Others are simply longing to feel more connected to themselves while navigating chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, persistent pain, grief, or significant life changes.

Her approach honors the wisdom of yoga while drawing from current research on the nervous system, stress physiology, pain science, and behavior change. Yoga therapy is a complementary approach that works alongside conventional healthcare, supporting the whole person through movement, breath, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and self inquiry.

Adriana doesn’t believe she has the answers for her clients. Instead, she serves as a compassionate guide, creating experiences that invite curiosity, deepen self awareness, and help people reconnect with their own inner wisdom. From that place, each person is empowered to choose the path forward that feels most authentic and supportive for their own life.

She believes that beneath the expectations we place on ourselves, and those placed on us by society, is an authentic self that has never been lost. Sometimes, all we need is the space to pause, exhale, and remember who we are.

It is Adriana’s hope that every person she works with leaves sessions feeling more grounded and connected than when they arrived, carrying lifestyle practices for greater well-being, and a renewed sense of trust in themselves.
