- Meet The Team
Behind every class is a teacher who brings their own experience, perspective, and passion for helping others feel more at home in themselves. While each instructor has a unique style, we share a common intention: to create welcoming, trauma-sensitive spaces where every person feels seen, supported, and encouraged to move in a way that honors their body.

Adriana Leone
Adriana Leone, RYT-500, C-IAYT Candidate Believes that every person already holds the wisdom they need within themselves. Her role isn’t to fix or change anyone; it’s to create a compassionate space where people can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what their body and heart have been saying all along. Through mindful movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and self-inquiry, Adriana helps students build a deeper relationship with themselves and discover what authentic well-being feels like from the inside out.
Her own yoga journey began during a season of emotional and physical challenges, revealing the profound impact that intentional movement, breath, and awareness can have on the nervous system and overall well-being. After spending more than a decade in the corporate world, Adriana understands firsthand the demands of modern life and the importance of creating sustainable practices that support both resilience and balance. She teaches because she has witnessed the transformation that happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to move in ways that honor their unique bodies and lived experiences.
A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Adriana has completed her 1,000-hour Yoga Therapy training and plans to sit for the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) certification exam after launching The Exhale Studio. Her classes thoughtfully weave together yoga philosophy, breathwork, mindfulness, and therapeutic movement to help regulate the nervous system, cultivate resilience, and encourage students to meet themselves with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether leading a gentle flow, restorative practice, or a therapeutic movement session, her intention is always the same: to help students leave feeling more grounded, more capable, and more connected to themselves.
As the founder of The Exhale Studio, Adriana has created a welcoming movement community where every body belongs. The studio reflects her belief that healing and well-being happen through connection, education, intentional movement, and compassionate community—not through perfection or comparison. Every class, workshop, and conversation is designed to remind people that they are already enough, exactly as they are.
Outside the studio, Adriana is an avid traveler and pickleball enthusiast who loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. Her favorite adventures, however, are the ones she shares with her boys (including the four-legged furry one). Whether she’s traveling, laughing with family, or building community at the studio, Adriana believes the smallest moments of presence often have the greatest impact, and that one deep breath has the power to change the course of a day – and sometimes, a life.

Today, she continues to expand her knowledge through specialized training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Reiki. She is currently completing her Yoga Therapy training at PranaYoga Institute while working toward her 300-hour certification.

Through mindful movement, meditation, yoga philosophy, and moments of stillness, she creates an environment where students can reconnect with themselves and leave feeling more grounded, present, and deeply supported.
Tonya teaches because she has experienced firsthand how yoga can transform the way we move through the world. This transfomation happens by not by changing who we are, but by helping us remember who we’ve always been beneath the noise of everyday life. She believes every student deserves to feel seen, accepted, and welcomed exactly as they are. Her classes emphasize curiosity over perfection, compassion over comparison, and the understanding that every practice is enough.
A trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher with more than 500 hours of advanced training, Tonya has studied with many of today’s most respected teachers, including Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng, Krishna Das, Sharath Jois, Kino MacGregor, Rachel Brathen, Kevin Ellerton, and others. She hopes students leave class feeling calm, capable, and comfortable in their own bodies, knowing that every practice can look different. Trish Sexstella
Trish Sexstella RYT-200 Believes yoga is a place to reconnect—with your breath, your body, and yourself. Her classes offer thoughtful sequencing and mindful breathwork that invite students to move with intention, explore without judgment, and discover what their practice looks like in each moment. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away, Trish creates a welcoming space where you can simply be yourself.
As a nurse, Trish has witnessed the importance of caring for the whole person. Yoga found her during some of life’s most difficult seasons, offering both physical healing and mental resilience. That experience inspired her to teach, and she believes there is a style of yoga that can benefit everyone. Her greatest hope is that students leave class feeling comfortable in their own bodies, confident in their unique journey, and connected to themselves in a meaningful way.
One of Trish’s favorite reminders is that no two mats should ever look the same. Every person brings different experiences, abilities, goals, and needs, and honoring those differences is an important part of the practice. She encourages students to let go of comparison and embrace the freedom to move in the way that serves them best.
Outside the studio, Trish is always seeking her next adventure. An avid traveler and lifelong learner, she loves dancing, camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, gardening, cooking, spending time with her dogs, and saying yes to new experiences. His classes are welcoming, supportive, and approachable, creating a space where students can reconnect with themselves and discover that they are stronger and more resilient than they may believe.
As a firefighter and paramedic for more than 25 years, Jason has dedicated his life to serving others. Teaching yoga is a natural extension of that calling. He hopes to share the sense of peace and balance that yoga has brought to his own life, while helping each student feel seen, supported, and valued. One reminder you’ll often hear in his classes is to trust yourself and embrace who you are…because there is no one else in the world exactly like you.
Outside the studio, Jason enjoys spending time with his two children, exploring the outdoors, hiking, and serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster with a local Scouting America troop. He also holds a degree in Environmental Science, which reflects his lifelong appreciation for nature and the outdoors. Whether on the trail, at the fire station, or on the yoga mat, Jason believes that strength grows through service, connection, and showing up for others with compassion.

Her experience in high-performance athletics gives her a unique perspective on balancing strength with recovery, challenge with compassion, and discipline with self-awareness. She brings that same thoughtful, encouraging approach into every class, helping students discover that true strength begins from within.
